Welcome to Maison Boulud, a bayside enclave for timeless French classics, convivial company and wine to be shared.
Here, we share the story of Chef Daniel Boulud’s cuisine through heartfelt dishes inspired by familiar comforts of the French family table. An inviting Moules Frites to warm belly and soul, mouthwatering Wagyu Côte de Boeuf to gather around and an award-winning wine list to toast to the joys of living.
5pm onwards, the promenade floor opens up to a breezy Terrace for moreish sharing plates, cocktails all around and lively conversations into the night.

Cosy French plates by day, social terrace dining by night. Enjoy the lunch special Wagyu Striploin with a view or stay for the evening when the French windows roll open to crisp evening air and beers by the bay.

Our charming lower floor restaurant serves Chef Daniel’s signatures and elevated French flavours all through lunch and dinner. Come by mid-afternoon for comfort food our way: fresh seafood, charcuterie and all-day dessert.

Dress Code
Smart Casual
- Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear collared shirts, or smart t-shirts, with trousers or tailored shorts, paired with closed-toe shoes
- We appreciate your cooperation in refraining from slippers, flip-flops, singlets/tank tops, swimwear, gym attire, robes or hotel slippers
- Guests who are not dressed in accordance with the dress code may be declined entry
