Lunch and dinner are equally transportive affairs, featuring local favourites such as Singapore Chilli Crab and Australian Wagyu Beef Cheek Rendang, paired with Southeast Asia-inspired cocktails. A generous spread of fresh sashimi and seafood joins European and American classics, including Salt-Baked Norwegian Salmon, Kagoshima Pork Rack and freshly baked artisanal breads. Weekend lunches amp up the indulgence with a complimentary welcome drink of prosecco or beer.

- Please be informed that RISE is an open-concept restaurant. An exclusive private area and beverage packages are available for group bookings and events.

- Guests are welcome to dress comfortably in casual wear such as T-shirts, polo shirts, jeans, chinos, sundresses or skirts
- We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing swimwear, robes or hotel slippers. Additionally, we kindly request that gentlemen refrain from wearing singlets or tank tops
- Guests who are not dressed in accordance with the dress code may be declined entry
