Employee Engagement
At the heart of our service and sustainability lies our dedicated Team Members. Through our comprehensive Learning & Development Framework, we inspire and educate our staff throughout the year. Some of these activities include learning journeys to nature reserves, beach and river clean-ups and sustainable product showcases.
We are proud that every year, close to 95% of our staff are inspired through these activities to protect the environment.
Reporting
Every year we issue a Responsible Business Highlights Report, detailing progress and steps taken towards our sustainability goals. Las Vegas Sands has been recognised on the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) World Index for the fourth year running and the DJSI North America Index for the eighth time in 2023.
