1. You are not allowed to enter or remain within the Casino if:

• you are under 21 years of age ("Minor");
• you are subject to an Exclusion Order issued by the Singapore Authorities, excluded by law or if you are barred by Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd ("Excluded Person");
• MBS shall be entitled to reclaim all winnings paid to a Minor or an Excluded Person. All winnings payable to a Minor or an Excluded Person shall be forfeited by the Minor or Excluded Person.

Penalty: Any minor entering or remaining within the Casino shall be guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.

2. Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents must enter and exit the Casino only via the lanes designated 'Singapore/PR'.

3. If you are not a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident, you must enter and exit the Casino only via the lanes designated 'Foreigners'.

4. Non-residents must produce identification documents to show that they are not Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents of Singapore e.g., foreign passports with short term immigration passes or work passes with photos.

1. Entry Levy for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents

1.1 Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (“SCPRs”) are required to purchase a valid Entry Levy before entering the Casino:

(a) Daily Entry Levy: S$150
Activation: Earlier of (i) first entry into the Casino; or (ii) 6 hours after the time of purchase. Period of Use: 24 consecutive hours upon activation.

(b) Annual Entry Levy: S$3,000.
Activation: Earlier of (i) first entry into the Casino; or (ii) 6 hours after the time of purchase. Period of Use: 12 consecutive months ending after 11:59:59pm on the day prior to the anniversary of its activation.

(c) Pursuant to regulatory requirements, the commencement and expiry of the Period of Use of each Entry Levy will occur regardless of an individual’s physical entry to the Casino.

(d) Individuals with an existing Entry Levy cannot purchase an additional Entry Levy unless the remaining validity period of their existing Entry Levy is 6 hours or less. 

1.2 Entry Levies purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable in any circumstances, and such circumstances may include but shall not be limited to: (i) the closure of the Casino for reasons arising from Covid-19; (ii) the issuance of Exclusion Orders; (iii) the imposition of Visit Limits; and/or (iv) any other restrictions on entry imposed by Marina Bay Sands in its sole and absolute discretion.

1.3 It is an OFFENCE for any Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident to enter or remain in the Casino without purchasing a valid Entry Levy. If convicted of such an offence, an individual may be liable to pay a fine of up to S$1,000 and the amount of the applicable Entry Levy.

2. Entry and Exit Only Through Designated Lanes

2.1 SCPRs and individuals who are not Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents must enter and exit the Casino using lanes designated for “Singapore/PR” and “Foreigners” respectively.

3. Over-staying without valid Entry Levy

3.1 It is an OFFENCE under the Casino Control Act 2006 for individuals whose Entry Levy has expired to:

(a) remain in the Casino i.e., over-stay; and

(b) fail to pay the applicable Entry Levy/Levies for the over-stay period before leaving the Casino.

3.2 If convicted of such an offence, an individual may be liable to pay a fine of up to S$1,000 and the amount of the applicable Entry Levy/Levies due for the over-stay period.

3.3 Prior to exiting the Casino, it is an individual’s responsibility to check that his/her Entry Levy is valid at the kiosks located near the Casino exits.

3.4 Individuals whose Entry Levy has expired may proceed to the Casino Cashier or Entry Levy Kiosks located near the Casino exits to purchase the applicable Entry Levy/Levies due for the over-stay period before exiting the Casino.

4. Minors and Excluded Persons

4.1 It is an OFFENCE under the Casino Control Act 2006 for individuals who are:

(a) under 21 years of age (“Minors”); and/or

(b) subject to an Exclusion Order issued by the Singapore Authorities, excluded by law or barred by MBS (“Excluded Persons”); to enter or remain within the Casino.

4.2 If convicted of an offence referred to in paragraph 4.1(a) above, a Minor may be liable to pay a fine of up to S$1,000.

4.3 MBS shall be entitled to recover all winnings paid to Minors or Excluded Persons. All winnings payable to Minors or Excluded Persons shall be forfeited.

5. Game Rules

5.1 Information on game rules and house rules can be found in electronic kiosks located on the gaming floor.

5.2 All games are conducted in accordance with game rules and house rules. An individual’s participation in any game is deemed to be an acceptance of the applicable game rules and house rules.

6. Right to Declare Game Void and Recovery of Winnings

6.1 MBS will declare a game void if there is any malfunction or fault in, or interruption in the operation of, any part of any gaming machine or gaming equipment that affects the outcome of that game. MBS may declare a game void: (i) where there is a force majeure event that disrupts that game; (ii) where MBS knows or reasonably suspects that a patron is committing or has committed an offence under the Casino Control Act or any other written law in such a manner as may affect the outcome of that game; or (iii) in circumstances under which the game may be declared void under the approved game rules. If the game is declared void, MBS will: (i) notify every patron playing that game that the game has been declared void; and (ii) refund all wagers made on that game.

6.2 Where a game is declared void (except on the ground of a force majeure event), MBS shall be entitled to recover any winnings paid out to any patrons from that game. The recovery of such winnings shall be in accordance with such means as set out in the game rules and/or house rules applicable to such game.
