Marina Bay Sands supports the social safeguards established by the Singapore Government, including the entry levy system for Singapore citizens and permanent residents, the Visit Limit Programme and Casino exclusion orders.

Self-Exclusion is a free and confidential programme restricting a person from entering the Casinos in Singapore and will be in effect for a minimum period of one (1) year. Once a patron has been voluntarily Self-Excluded, they are prohibited from entering the Casino. Self-Exclusions in Singapore are administered by the National Council on Problem Gambling (NCPG) and all patrons (Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents and foreigners) can apply.

Family Exclusions are also administered by the NCPG and allow immediate family members i.e. spouses, children (including adoptive/step children), parents (including adoptive/step parents) and siblings (including adoptive/ step/ half-siblings) to apply to exclude a family member whom they are concerned may have a problem with their gambling behaviour.
There is no application fee to apply for the Family Exclusion Programme and each Family Exclusion order will remain in effect for a minimum period of one (1) year.
