- Sales Channels: Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets online.

- Decide the price category and number of tickets you require before clicking into the respective areas.
- Select your ticket type and then add to cart.
- Once you have confirmed your details, enter your payment details, and proceed to check out.
- An email confirmation and e-ticket with the event details will then be sent to you.
- Age restrictions: & Juliet is rated Advisory 16 (some mature content). There will be no admission for children aged 3 and below. Those aged 4 and above will be required to purchase a ticket for admission. All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- All Glittering Premium with thematic drink and Premium Box with thematic drink ticket holders are entitled to redeem a complimentary & Juliet thematic drink. Each ticket holder may redeem one free drink from the theatre concession stand located at the foyer of Sands Theatre. Redemptions can only be made pre-show, on the date reflected on your show ticket(s). Ticket holders are advised to arrive earlier before the start of the show for the redemption.
& Juliet is rated Advisory 16 (some mature content). As the Advisory 16 rating is not an age-enforceable rating, the musical will not be restricted to those aged 16 and above. Those aged 4 and above with tickets can be admitted to the theatre, and all children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There will be no admission for children aged 3 and below.
Doors open 60 minutes before the show.
Food and beverage are not allowed in the event venue. All food and beverage items will have to be discarded prior to entry.
The cloak room will be available for this event.
Photography, filming, audio recording and live streaming are strictly prohibited during the performance. All DSLR / Cameras with interchangeable lens are strictly prohibited inside the event venue and will need to be stored in the Cloakroom.
Attendee(s) can access restrooms located at the venue during the event. We encourage attendees to use the restroom before entering the event venue to avoid formation of long queues and/or waiting time. Please note that you will only be re-admitted at a suitable break during the performance.
