For a claim to be valid under this guarantee, it must satisfy all Terms & Conditions and be submitted in compliance with the Claims Processing procedures.
Step 1:
Find a lower, published, available price (before taxes and fees) for the same Marina Bay Sands room or suite type within 24 hours of making a reservation on MarinaBaySands.com. This published price must also be for the exact same bed type, dates and number of guests.
Step 2:
Send an email to us within 24 hours of making a reservation, and at least 24 hours before scheduled arrival with your name, email and phone number, as well as screenshots that indicate:

Upon evaluating your claim, a representative will contact you within 24 hours. If your claim is valid and has met the Terms & Conditions, your current reservation will be updated to match the lower, third-party room price. Additionally, you will be upgraded to the next available room type.

Claims are only valid for rooms that are booked on MarinaBaySands.com.
You will hear back from Marina Bay Sands within 24 hours. If you do not hear back from us within 24 hours, please contact our Hotel Reservations desk at +65 6688 8888 or send us an email.
If a lower price is found on MarinaBaySands.com, we will match the lower price, but you will not receive a room upgrade.
Prices for stays booked on MarinaBaySands.com that are non-changeable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable do not qualify for the Lowest Price Guarantee. We will also not match any lower price found.
