THE PERFECT STAY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Applicable to all UOB Cards issued in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand; and Citi-branded cards issued in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand.

 

By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd (the Hotel) that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the Terms and Conditions as follows:

  • Stay-by date: 1 Feb 2024 – 31 Oct 2025
  • Book-by date: 16 Oct 2025
  • Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
  • Rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. The Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
  • Any extension of stay will be on guest’s own account on either the Flexible Rate or any other Packages offered by Marina Bay Sands.
  • Rate Modifier will apply if the guest will like to stay in any higher room type. All charges are on guest’s own account.
  • Room upgrade and additional adult charge will be on guest's own account.
  • No name change is allowed.
  • In the event guest complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
  • Children aged 5 years and below enjoy complimentary breakfast and access to the Club benefits. Child price is applicable to children aged 6 to 12 years, and it is chargeable to guest account at the walk-in price upon consumption.
  • Rates are not applicable for Sands LifeStyle Programme Resort Dollars earnings.
  • Marina Bay Sands may change these terms or terminate this program without notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is final and binding.
  • Reservation is cancellable and amendable* 2 days prior to arrival.
  • *Reservation is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable if your stay period is during 28 Dec 2024 – 1 Jan 2025, 8 – 9 Aug 2025 and 30 Sep – 5 Oct 2025.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
  • Cardholders must mention the specific UOB card privilege when making the reservation.
  • MBS is only obliged to honour the offer if payment is made with a valid UOB credit card.
  • Upon booking, your credit card will be charged the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
  • Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.
  • No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
  • No prepared food from sources other than the Hotel's in-room dining services is permitted in the guest rooms.
  • This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.
  • By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
  • The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
  • The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
  • The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
  • The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Singapore.
  • The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) shall apply.
  1. Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. is final without notice or liability. Other Terms and Conditions apply.
  2. MBS and UOB reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The decision of MBS and UOB on all matters relating to the offer shall be final, binding and conclusive on all cardholders, including without limitation, any decision on the eligibility of any person to participate in the offer.
  3. MBS and UOB may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reasons therefore, delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify the terms of the offer at any time. Cardholders are deemed to accept and are bound by such variations, additions, deletions, amendments and/or modifications if they do not terminate the use of their respective cards.
  4. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither MBS nor UOB will be liable to qualifying or participating cardholders or any persons in connection with the offer.
  5.  The trademarks “Citi”, “Citigroup”, the Arc design and all similar trademarks and derivations thereof are used temporarily under licence by UOB Bank Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam from Citigroup Inc and related group entities.
  6. The terms of the offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and cardholders irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
