To conserve endangered species, we have banned critically endangered seafood species and products, such as Bluefin Tuna, Red Garoupa, and Sharks Fin.

We are proud to support regional and local farmers and producers. Our menu features corn, cherry tomatoes, and butterhead lettuce from Cameron Highlands in Malaysia and Peewee potatoes from Indonesia.

We use free-range eggs from New Zealand to ensure the hens are treated humanely.

We offer wines from around the world that are certified organic or adopt sustainable viticulture practices.
