We serve a selection of ASC and MSC-certified* (seafood products including King Prawns from Vietnam, Ōra King Salmon from New Zealand, and Maine Lobster from United States.

Sustainable Seafood

To conserve endangered species, we have banned critically endangered seafood species and products, such as Bluefin Tuna, Red Garoupa, and Sharks Fin.
