JAPANESE | FINE DINING | BAR | SIGNATURE RESTAURANT
KOMA isn’t just a Japanese restaurant and bar — it’s an entire world created to impress from the moment you enter. The experience begins with a 20m passageway of glowing vermillion arches, a nod to Kyoto’s Fushimi Inari Shrine that leads into a sultrily lit bar primed for pre-dinner cocktails. Proceeding into the cavernous main dining room, guests are greeted with a towering 2.5m-tall Japanese “bell”, which takes centre stage over a traditional Japanese foot bridge, oversized sushi bar and private mezzanine dining room.
KOMA’s dramatic decor is an apt stage for its scene-stealing menu, which showcases fresh, seasonal produce and seafood from Japan in elegant, modern presentations. Shape your KOMA experience the way you like it — with light makis, nigiri and sashimi, or an all-out feast with prized delicacies including Snow-aged Niigata Wagyu Ribeye, Kaluga Queen Oscietra Caviar and Lobster Supreme from the robata grill.
With its vast, artfully curated selection of artisanal cocktails, wine, sake and spirits drawn from all over the world, KOMA sets the stage for a dramatic night out designed to be remembered.
