Journey with Chef Daniel to his childhood days growing up in Lyon, a time of abundance, lovingly prepared home-cooked meals and respect for the rhythms of the seasons. The meticulously curated menu is a culmination of the freshest harvest and finest ingredients, each picked at its finest moment.
Experience true Gallic flair in signature dishes like the Entrecote, USDA Prime Ribeye with grilled broccolini and patatas bravas, Crustaces Nicoise, a seafood salad, as well as Porc Duo Lentille, a 120-day acorn-fed Iberico pork rack that’s roasted, then served with Le Puy green lentil a la Lyonnaise.
Spanning two levels that have been artfully designed by renowned interior designer Joyce Wang, the restaurant brings the glamour of the French Riviera to the Singapore waterfront.
