Origin + Bloom located inside the casino is only open to patrons who have gained entry to the Casino. Singaporeans and permanent residents must pay the casino entry levy and be at least 21 years old to enter.

EXECUTIVE PASTRY CHEF
Born in Macau, Chef Kuok I learned baking skills from his father, a Master Baker in Hong Kong. At the tender age of 23, he represented Team Singapore as captain in the Asian Pastry Cup and won the title of Chocolate Master in Kuala Lumpur.

With over 30 years of experience from some of the most reputed bakeries and hotels around the world, Chef Doré is thoroughly accomplished in all aspects of baking, especially breads and viennoiseries.
