What is a digital account?

A digital account is required to log in to all MBS digital platforms including the Marina Bay Sands mobile application. A member may set up his digital account by creating a username and password, which will replace the use of his membership ID and PIN to log in to all MBS digital platforms.

I already have a membership ID and PIN. Do I still need a digital account?

Yes, this digital account (username and password) will replace the existing method of using membership ID and PIN to log in to our digital platforms.

Your existing membership ID and PIN will still be required for Sands Rewards transactions at Marina Bay Sands.
