Present your passport at any Sands LifeStyle Counters to upgrade your Sands LifeStyle membership accordingly.
Accumulate spending of more than S$15,000 for Elite tier with your membership card within the first 3 months to maintain your membership status for another 9 months, enjoying a total of 12 months membership benefits.
If the spending criteria is not met within the first 3 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to the Prestige tier accordingly.
You may use either your e-card or physical card to earn Resort Dollars and enjoy privileges.
No, PIN and identity verification are required when you use your membership card at participating outlets.
Visit any Sands LifeStyle Counters for assistance and to get a replacement card.

To qualify for a Prestige Upgrade, you can make purchases at any outlet. The process for upgrading depends on whether the outlet is Sands Outlets:
Sands Outlets:
- Present your membership card upon purchasing, spending at these stores is automatically recorded on your Sands Lifestyle membership. You do not need to present a receipt. Simply visit the Sands Lifestyle counter to enjoy your upgrade.
Non-Participating Outlets:
- You must present the receipt from the same day’s purchase at the Retail Concierge Counter. Once verified, proceed to the Sands Lifestyle counter to enjoy your upgrade.
Retail Concierge Counter Locations:
- Near Sands Expo & Convention Center, open daily from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
- L1-80, near Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, open daily from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

- Promotion is valid till 31 Dec 2024.
- Platinum or Million Miler cardholders receive complimentary Sands LifeStyle – Elite tier membership for 3 months. Cardholders who redeem the complimentary Elite tier upgrade, need only spend S$15,000 in transactions which are eligible to receive Resort Dollars during the above mentioned 3-month period to receive 12-month Elite membership.
- Gold cardholders receive complimentary Sands LifeStyle – Prestige tier membership for 3 months. Cardholders who redeem the complimentary upgrade, need only spend S$1,500 in transactions which are eligible to receive Resort Dollars during the above mentioned 3-month period to receive 12- month Prestige membership.
- All discretionary upgrades to Sands LifeStyle Prestige tier will require members to make a same calendar day min. spend before qualifying for complimentary upgrade.
- Payment for the Qualifying Spend may be made with cash, NETS, credit or debit card, funds transfer service, online payment platform or digital payment system but not via a Resort Dollars redemption.
- Cardholders enjoying the Elite membership can redeem for full-day parking privileges with any same calendar day minimum spending using their Sands LifeStyle card.
- Cardholders enjoying the Prestige membership can redeem for parking privileges from as low as $4 Resort Dollars with any same calendar day minimum spending using their Sands LifeStyle card.
- This promotion is valid for a one-time redemption per member, only applicable for tourists who are not residing or working in Singapore.
- Members who have redeemed an Elite/Prestige upgrade offer under Sands Alliance will not be eligible for another.
- To enjoy this offer, you must be at least 18 years old and have proof of identification e.g. passport, or any valid government-issued photo identification, together with a proof of Singapore Arrival documentation.
