      Applicable for UOB and Citi-branded Ultima cardholders issued in Malaysia and Thailand can receive Elite tier membership with privileges.

      UOB Lady’s Solitaire credit cards and UOB Lady’s Solitaire Metal credit cards issued in Singapore and Visa Infinite cardholders issued in Malaysia, Thailand or Indonesia and Citi-Branded Credit or Debit Cards issued in Malaysia, Thailand or Vietnam can receive Prestige tier membership with privileges.

      Present your eligible UOB card at any Sands LifeStyle counter to upgrade your Sands LifeStyle membership accordingly.

      Complimentary tier upgrade for Third Party Partners may be redeemed once per membership account. For example, UOB cardholders who have redeemed an Elite upgrade offer before will not be eligible for another UOB or other Sands Alliance card tier upgrade.

      For cardholders who received a 3 month membership upgrade:

      Accumulate spending of more than S$15,000 for Elite tier and S$1,500 for Prestige tier with your membership card within the 3 months of membership upgrade to maintain your membership status for another 9 months.

      If the spending criteria is not met within the 3 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to Prestige or LifeStyle accordingly based on your last 3 months spending or from the day of signing up the membership (whichever is longer).

       

      You will need to present either your physical membership card or e-card to enjoy the benefits.

      No, the membership card and the benefits are not transferrable. PIN and identity verification are required when you use your membership card at participating outlets.

      Complimentary tier upgrade for Sands Alliance may be redeemed once per membership account. For example, UOB cardholders who have redeemed an Elite upgrade offer before will not be eligible for another UOB or other Sands Alliance card tier upgrade.

      To qualify for a Prestige Upgrade, you can make purchases at any outlet. The process for upgrading depends on whether the outlet is Sands Outlets:

      Sands Outlets:

      • Present your membership card upon purchasing, spending at these stores is automatically recorded on your Sands Lifestyle membership. You do not need to present a receipt. Simply visit the Sands Lifestyle counter to enjoy your upgrade.

      Non-Participating Outlets:

      • You must present the receipt from the same day’s purchase at the Retail Concierge Counter. Once verified, proceed to the Sands Lifestyle counter to enjoy your upgrade.

      Retail Concierge Counter Locations:

      • Near Sands Expo & Convention Center, open daily from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
      • L1-80, near Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, open daily from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

      TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE OFFER

      • Promotion is valid till 31 Dec 2024.
      • All discretionary upgrades to Sands LifeStyle Prestige tier will require members to make a same calendar day min. spend before qualifying for complimentary upgrade. 
      • Payment for the Qualifying Spend may be made with cash, NETS, credit or debit card, funds transfer service, online payment platform or digital payment system but not via a Resort Dollars redemption.
      • The membership upgrade will be valid for 3 months upon successful redemption date. Membership extension will be granted if spending criteria is met.
      • Full-day parking benefits are limited to cardholders enjoying the Elite membership upgrade and is limited to a maximum of 10 redemptions per month. Cardholders enjoying the Prestige membership can redeem for parking privileges from as low as $4 Resort Dollars with any minimum spending using their Sands LifeStyle card.
      • This promotion is valid for a one-time redemption per member. Members who have redeemed an Elite/Prestige upgrade offer under Third Party Partners will not be eligible for another.

      • 24 hours advance reservations will be required to enjoy the offer. Please contact +65 6688 8866. Cardholders must mention the specific UOB card privilege when making the reservation.
      • Diner must be a Sands LifeStyle Member.
      • The offer is not valid on the eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
      • MBS is only obliged to honour the offer if payment is made with a valid UOB credit card.
      • The offer is valid for dine-in reservations only and not applicable for group bookings and private dining and events.
      • The offer is not valid on days where the participating restaurants are offering special menus or with other offers and promotions unless stated otherwise.
      • MBS and UOB reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or terminate the offer at any time without notice. The decision of MBS and UOB on all matters relating to the offer shall be final, binding and conclusive on all cardholders, including without limitation, any decision on the eligibility of any person to participate in the offer.
      • MBS and UOB may at any time at its sole and absolute discretion, without notice or assigning any reasons therefore, delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify the terms of the offer at any time. Cardholders are deemed to accept and are bound by such variations, additions, deletions, amendments and/or modifications if they do not terminate the use of their respective cards.
      • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither MBS nor UOB will be liable to qualifying or participating cardholders or any persons in connection with the offer.
      • The terms of the offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and cardholders irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
