We inspire and educate our staff throughout the year through our comprehensive Learning & Development Framework. Some of these activities include learning journeys to nature reserves, beach and river clean-ups and sustainable product showcases.
We are proud that every year, close to 95% of our Team Members are inspired through these activities to protect the environment.
Every year we issue a Responsible Business Highlights Report, detailing progress and steps taken towards our sustainability goals. Las Vegas Sands has been recognised on the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) World Index for the fourth year running and the DJSI North America Index for the eighth time in 2023.
