As Marina Bay Sands completes its initial US$1 billion reinvestment programme announced in February 2022, the integrated resort has unveiled its plans for the next phase, involving a further US$750 million commitment investment. This phase will focus on the transformation of Hotel Tower 3, the Hotel Lobby, and Sands SkyPark.
As part of a multi-year programme to strengthen the positioning of the integrated resort as a leader in the luxury hospitality industry, the upcoming phase will feature a reimagined VIP arrival experience, new premium dining and retail offerings, a lobby transformation, as well as a renewed emphasis on wellness experiences for guests. Over 550 redesigned rooms, including approximately 380 suites, will be introduced, with works expected to be completed in phases through 2025.
With elevated product and service offerings, Marina Bay Sands is setting new benchmarks for luxury hospitality to cater to the region’s most valuable and discerning visitors seeking immersive travel experiences. Around 1,280 rooms, including 390 suites, have been completed so far across Hotel Towers 1 and 2. These belong to two main categories, namely the Paiza Collection and the Sands Collection. The rooms cater to an array of luxury travellers – the two-bedroom Family Suite is perfect for a family with two young children, whereas the one-bedroom Horizon Suite appeals to guests looking to unwind with an in-room spa and wellness experience.
