These Terms and Conditions apply to the Marina Bay Sands ordering website. By accessing the Website and initiating any transactions, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Services
a. Takeaway services are available for the following outlets at Marina Bay Sands only: Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, Bread Street Kitchen, CUT, dB bistro, Koma, Lavo, Mott 32, Origin + Bloom, Spago, Yardbird and Tong Dim (each, a “Restaurant”).
b. Takeaway services are available for brunch, lunch and/or dinner according to each Restaurant’s regular operating hours. Please refer to the individual Restaurant page for specific timings and menus.
c. Only items listed on the Restaurant menus are available for order. Any product images shown are for illustration purposes only. All prices are in Singapore Dollar (SGD) and subject to Goods and Services Tax.
d. Menus and prices are subject to change by the individual Restaurants from time to time.
e. Menu items are not Halal-certified.
f. Special requests are not available for takeaway orders.
g. In the event you wish to order items from separate Restaurants, a separate order must be submitted for each Restaurant. It is not possible to submit a single order for items across different Restaurants.
h. To provide any feedback on the takeaway services, please write to respective restaurant on the email address provided.
2. Orders and Payments
a. Takeaway orders may only be made through the Website. Orders submitted through any other means will not be accepted.
b. Orders must be placed at least one (1) hour before the desired pick-up time.
c. The process for placing an order is as follows:
- Choose your items and add them to cart.
- Validate the contents of the cart.
- Provide all required customer information. Members of MBS’ loyalty programme may also enter their membership number in the provided field to earn Destination Dollars, subject to the prevailing terms and conditions of their membership. Destination Dollars will not be retroactively credited after completion of the online transaction if membership information is not entered at the time of placing the order.
- Select collection date and time (“Collection Time”).
- Select preferred payment method.
- Confirm your order.
- Submit payment.
Once payment is completed and processed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email from Marina Bay Sands with an order reference number.
d. You undertake that any information submitted through the Website shall be true and accurate in all respects.
e. Payment for your order may only be made through the Website. Bank cards accepted for payments are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
f. Once your order is confirmed, no requests for changes will be entertained unless such changes are made at least 24 hours prior to your collection date and time. Please contact the restaurant directly for such requests. All requests are subject to availability.
g. No refunds or cancellations are permitted for confirmed orders. Please note however that while each Restaurant endeavours to honour all orders received through the Website, it may be that an item that is shown as available on the Website at the time of your order later becomes unavailable. In the event this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details provided by you when you placed your order, and you will be provided with the option of either a one-time substitution for the item ordered, or a refund for the relevant item.
3. Collection of Orders
a. Collection venue must be selected before the order is confirmed. Orders may be collected directly from the Restaurants, or at the following alternative locations:
i. MICE Convention Centre.
If you place orders with more than one (1) Restaurant, please note that you will be required to collect your orders from each Restaurant separately unless your orders may be picked up from the same alternative location.
b. Compostable takeaway boxes and cutlery will be provided upon request.
c. Your order will be prepared by the Collection Time(s) you have indicated, although in some situations a delay may be expected. Your order will be held for you for no more than thirty (30) minutes from the Collection Time, and we shall not be obliged to provide the order to you if you fail to pick it up within such time. No refund will be issued in such cases. In the event of delays in pick up attributable to you, you bear the risk of any deterioration in quality or condition of the items, for example changes in temperature fit for consumption. No replacement of items or refund will be provided.
d. It is recommended that all food items be consumed within an two (2) from the Collection Time.
e. Please note that you are responsible for inspecting the items when you collect your order, and for reporting any issues to us before you leave the premises.
f. For changes to Collection Times, please contact the restaurant directly. All requests must be submitted at least 30 minutes/hours prior to the original Collection Time.
g. Customers collecting their orders may temporarily park at Hotel Tower 3 while collecting their orders. Please follow signs and directions on-site for parking.
4. Personal Data Processing
a. By submitting an order, you consent to any MBS Authorised Party collecting, using, storing, and/or disclosing to another MBS-Authorised Party my Data for the purpose(s) of:
- dealing with (including contacting you via telephone call, text message, email and/or postal mail) any matter relating to (i) your order; (ii) customer service; (iii) conducting surveys or following up on your survey responses; (iv) any MBS Authorised Party’s legal, operational, business or development purposes; and/or (v) any purpose(s) in the prevailing MBS Privacy Policy; and/or
- complying with or addressing any applicable (i) MBS Authorised Party’s internal policies or contractual obligations; (ii) third party requests; and/or (iii) law, regulation, guideline, notice or request issued by any Authority.

c. Note on Terminology – (1) “Data” means any information relating to you, whether in the possession of or as provided from time to time to any MBS Authorised Party. (2) “MBS Authorised Party” means any of the following party/parties whether located in Singapore or elsewhere: (i) Las Vegas Sands Corporation in the U.S. or its related companies, e.g. Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. in Singapore, Venetian Macau Limited in Macau (collectively, “Company”); (ii) the Company’s potential or existing third party service providers, contracting parties and/or agents; (iii) any governmental or regulatory authority or its related entities of any jurisdiction (“Authority”); and/or (iv) any other party listed in the prevailing MBS Privacy Policy. d. Please note that Marina Bay Sands may be unable to provide the takeaway services to you without your consent to the above.
5. Prohibited Actions
a. All text, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, sounds, music, user interfaces, visual interfaces and computer code in connection with the Website (the "Content") belongs to and/or is licensed to Marina Bay Sands, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, translate, transmit or distribute any part of the Content in any way without prior written permission from Marina Bay Sands.
b. Items purchased through the Website may not be resold.
6. Liability
a. Access to the Website or phone lines may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, repair or any other reason. Marina Bay Sands will not be responsible for (i) electronic transmission errors or delays resulting in your inability to place an order or other loss, (ii) theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to or unauthorized alterations of materials, or technical, hardware, software failures of any kind, (iii) lost or unavailable connections, or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by Marina Bay Sands, other users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this takeaway service or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may limit, restrict, or prevent your ability to submit an order.
b. Marina Bay Sands shall not be held liable for any delay in performing or partial or total failure to perform any of its obligations to you if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Marina Bay Sands, its affiliates, authorized dealers/distributors, agents, including without limitation delays, changes, disruptions, cancellations, diversions or substitutions howsoever caused including without limitation as a result of war, terrorist action or threatened terrorist action, strikes, hostilities, civil commotions, accidents, fire, flood or natural catastrophes.
c. Save to the extent prohibited by statute, Marina Bay Sands shall not be liable for any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, from your use of the takeaway service, including your failure to consume the items ordered within the recommended timeframe.
